Yoga

Yoga has so many wonderful benefits.  It can help you relax, focus, energize, strengthen, and so much more.  It is a well-rounded activity that connects out body, mind, heart and soul.  

There are so many types of Yoga practices there truly is something for everyone.

At Alicia Rowe Wellness we focus on the connection between the mind and body.

We believe that wellness doesn't start when you're an adult so we have Children's classes as well!  It's never to early to develop positive mental wellness strategies.  Children's classes are shorter, have more games and focus on the same (and safer) versions of all your favourite yoga poses.
